Communal cleaning
We were recently contacted by an estate agent who was looking to secure communal cleaning services on behalf of a number of landlords who rented out rooms in their properties. They needed to hire a communal cleaner to take care of the kitchens, hallways, and washrooms in two city-center homes. With eight people in each, these were busy properties that needed regular cleaning of key communal spaces.
We provided an affordable quote and arranged to clean the property at a time that meant the least possible disruption to those who resided at the properties. Following a successful initial communal cleaning in a property, we were then hired by the landlords and later awarded more work from the estate agent who had been informed of the high-quality work and diligence of our London communal cleaning team.
Now the landlord has peace of mind that their property is being kept clean, and the tenants are able to more easily stay on top of the day-to-day cleaning of their shared areas.
